Dog Daycare

At A Paw's Paradise, dog daycare is so much more than just dog sitting. APP is a place for your dog to be a dog... run, play, wrestle, chase, sniff, explore, socialize, and of course to get lots of belly rubs!

No matter your dog's energy level, age, or special needs, as long as they meet all of our requirements, APP can offer them a stimulating day while you're away. With multiple outdoor grassed and astro-turfed yards, there is plenty of room for all the crazy romping required by your energetic pup, or for plenty of exploring and sniffing by your lazy lovable pooch.

Either way, it's a full day of stimulation and exercise for your pup. Even if the weather isn't cooperating, we have wall to wall rubber flooring in our indoor areas to provide a safe place for wrestling and playing. At the end of the day, our goal is to send home a tired, happy dog!

Burn Energy

Many unwanted, "bad" behaviors at home can be remedied by exercise! A bored dog becomes destructive, their energy transferring into chewing, ripping, and just generally destroying anything they can get their mouth on. A day at daycare can get rid of all their excess energy that can often lead to destructive behaviors at home.

Learn to Socialize

Dogs are very social animals, but they need to be able to practice!  APP gives your dog a chance to be a dog. They can learn how to interact and take cues from others in supervised groups. It also gives them confidence to enter new situations and react appropriately. It's great to start at a young age, but its never too late!

The Benefits of Dog Daycare

Sadie.S & Lexi.S

Peace of Mind

It's common for most working people to be away from the home for a minimum of 6 hours at a time. You feel guilty about leaving your dog's home alone. Dog daycare can relieve that guilt and put your mind at ease, knowing your dog is being well cared for by our staff while you're at work, or even if you're just running errands.

Physical Exercise

A less active lifestyle can be limiting your dog's physical and mental health, they could be prone to weight issues, mobility issues, overeating, and poor digestion. Weekly or even daily daycare sessions will keep your dog active both physically and mentally. Very energetic dogs will benefit greatly from dog daycare, as they will be able to run and play to their heart's content, which will tire them out before home time.
